Shipping Rates & Cost
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination at checkout.
- We may offer flat‑rate shipping, or free shipping promotions over a certain order value. See current offers at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes of the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for more info before placing an order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to you. If tracking info isn’t available for your region, we will still send you a confirmation.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the shipping date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it or file a claim.
- If your order arrives damaged, or items are missing or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo and description. We’ll do our best to fix it—replacement, refund, or credit—depending on what you prefer.
- Keep packaging and all parts of your order until the issue is resolved.
